We will explore your exercise history, what you currently do, and what your goals are. After a physical exam to detect your areas for improvement, we will create a plan to prevent injury, improve your strength, and take your performance to new heights. If appropriate, we can also schedule a 1-on-1 follow-up training session(s) to progress your plan.

After we finish our appointment, we will email you a detailed summary of your plan and links to videos of the exercises that we identified to propel your fitness forward!
