  • We will start by reviewing your goals, your current training, and relevant medical history. Each person has a unique set of circumstances and we need to be dialed into yours to make a top-notch plan for you.

  • We will do a physical assessment of strength, alignment, and flexibility. Running-specific movement tests will also give us the information we need to identify factors that may be keeping you from firing on all cylinders.

  • We will utilize our advanced slow-motion video capture to identify any underlying issues with your running form. This enables us to address form-related concerns for a more efficient, injury-free running experience.

  • At the end of the session, we will review our findings and how you can start making improvements immediately. If appropriate, we can also schedule a 1-on-1 follow-up training session(s) to progress your plan.

  • After this session, you will receive a comprehensive email summarizing our discussion and links to videos showcasing the specific corrective exercises and drills that we touched on in your session.
