Progress Testing

Baseline testing in week 1 & re-testing in week 8 to track your progress. This allows you to clearly see measurable improvements in strength, speed, and overall performance.

Who we are

Classes are led by Niraj Vora, a physical therapist, running coach, and co-founder of The Stride Shop who specializes in helping runners improve performance and recover from injury.

OUR SUMMER STRENGTH PROJECT IS BUILT FOR RUNNERS + BACKED BY PHYSICAL THERAPY.

  • PT-led 60-minute sessions
  • $300 per athlete 
  • Small group training (3 athletes)
  • 8 weeks 
    • 1 x per week
Program Structure:
  • Week 1-2 - Foundations of Movement (Baseline Testing)
  • Week 3-4 - Strength/Big Lifts
  • Week 5-6 - Power & Elasticity
  • Weeks 7-8 - Performance Integration (Re-Test for Improvement)
